Heavy & compact

10 Yard Dumpster

12' × 8' × 4'. For dirt, concrete, brick, and rock, with 10 tons included — heavy material fills a small box long before it fills a big one. Fits a standard driveway without blocking the garage.

20 YARD

Smaller projects

20 Yard Dumpster

Same kind of work as the 40, sized down. Single-room remodels, garage and estate cleanouts, single-layer tear-offs, small framing jobs. Low four-foot walls so material still goes over the side, not up a ramp.

Most requested

40 Yard Dumpster

The bin we run most. Whole-house cleanouts, full re-roofs, major remodels, construction site clearances, warehouse and industrial cleanouts, land clearing. Needs real room to set down — call us if you are unsure about access.

Transparent pricing

Every other hauler makes you call for a price. We just publish it.

You should not have to hand over your phone number to find out what a dumpster costs. Ours is four numbers, printed on the wall, and they do not move because of who is asking.

The part you never see

The dump fee is already in your price.

A lot of the cost of a dumpster is not the dumpster — it is the tipping fee at the transfer station, and the driver hours spent in line to pay it. That is already in the base rate on every size. There is no separate disposal invoice showing up two weeks later, no fuel surcharge, no environmental fee.

How it works

JD Transport roll-off truck swapping a commercial dumpster at an Inland Empire warehouse dock

Commercial & recurring

If your dock fills up every Thursday, stop calling every Thursday.

We run standing swap-out schedules for warehouses, 3PLs, distribution centers, property managers and general contractors across the Inland Empire — one bin on site, swapped on a fixed day, on one invoice. Contractors on CALGreen jobs also get certified scale tickets and facility diversion reports filed to your jurisdiction's deadline.

  • A fixed monthly number, agreed in writing before we start
  • One dispatcher who knows your gate code and your dock hours
  • Multi-bin sites and job-to-job moves for GCs
  • 115 containers on the yard and five trucks running daily — deep enough that multi-phase jobs never wait for a swap. See the full fleet
  • Net terms available for established accounts

The yard behind the phone number

115 containers. Five trucks. One local team.

Most independent haulers in the Inland Empire run two trucks and 30–60 total bins across all sizes. We deliberately run more — especially on 40 yard roll-offs — so demolition, multi-phase construction and recurring commercial accounts don't wait for a swap.

  • 20 ten-yard lowboys for heavy materials (dirt, concrete, brick, and rock; 10-ton maximum)
  • 15 twenty-yard roll-offs for smaller construction and clean-out jobs
  • 80 forty-yard roll-offs — the bin we run most, the size contractors actually consume
  • 5 roll-off trucks running daily — same-day and next-day pulls are the norm
115 Roll-off containers in inventory at our yard
80 Forty-yard roll-offs — the bin most in demand
5 Company trucks running daily — not brokered to other haulers

We are not the biggest hauler in Riverside County and we are not trying to be. We are a family-run hauler serving Riverside with our own trucks and our own drivers, which is the only reason we can promise a delivery window and actually hit it.

Quick answers

The questions we get most.

What does a dumpster actually cost?

$650 for the 20 yard and $700 for the 10 yard lowboy or 40 yard, delivered within 20 driving miles of our service origin, including 5 rental days and the tipping fee. The 10 yard lowboy includes 10 tons for dirt, concrete, brick, and rock, with a 10-ton capacity. The 20 yard includes 3 tons and the 40 yard includes 4 tons, then it is $85 per ton over. Past 20 miles it is $10 per mile. Enter your complete address in the booking calculator for an itemized estimate.

What happens if I go over on weight?

The 10 yard lowboy includes 10 tons for dirt, concrete, brick, and rock. Do not exceed its 10-ton capacity; contact the office about a swap or another bin if needed. On the 20 yard, weight above the 3 included tons is $85 per ton off the certified scale ticket. On the 40 yard, weight above the 4 included tons is $85 per ton. We hand you the ticket either way. If the material is heavy and inert, take the 10 yard.

How long can I keep it?

Five days are included in the base price. After that it is $20 per day. If you know up front that you need it for two weeks, tell us when you book and we will put the whole thing on one quote so there is no surprise on the final invoice.

Will it fit in my driveway and will it wreck the concrete?

A 10 yard bin is 12 feet long and 8 feet wide, so it fits a standard driveway with room to spare. Our driver needs roughly 60 feet of straight clearance to set a bin down and about 23 feet of overhead. We can lay boards under the rails on request to protect finished concrete, pavers or asphalt — just ask when you book.
