Pricing

How much does a dumpster rental cost?

The 10 yard lowboy is $700 with 10 tons included for dirt, concrete, brick, and rock, up to its 10-ton capacity. The 20 yard is $650 with 3 tons included, and the 40 yard is $700 with 4 tons included. Base prices include delivery within 20 one-way driving miles, pickup, disposal within the stated allowance, and 5 rental days. Additional driving miles are $10 each; extra rental days are $20 each. Weight overage on the 20 and 40 yard bins is $85 per ton after weigh-in. Applicable payment fees and special-handling charges are separate.

Why is the 40 yard the same $700 as the 10 yard lowboy?

They serve different loads. The 10 yard lowboy includes 10 tons for heavy materials: dirt, concrete, brick, and rock. The 40 yard offers more volume for mixed debris and includes 4 tons. Both have a $700 base price; choose based on material, volume, and safe loading capacity.

Is the dump fee included, or is that extra?

Disposal is included within the stated weight allowance: 10 tons for heavy materials in the 10 yard, 3 tons in the 20 yard, and 4 tons in the 40 yard. The 10 yard holds a maximum of 10 tons. On the 20 and 40 yard bins, additional weight is $85 per ton, determined from the scale ticket.

Do you charge mileage one way or round trip?

One way. Past the first 20 driving miles it is $10 per mile in one direction only, measured on real road distance from our configured service origin — not a straight line on a map. That is why a few addresses that look outside the ring on our map still price at the base rate.

Do you require a deposit or a credit card up front?

Call the dispatcher and they will tell you exactly what is needed for your job before anything is charged. Recurring commercial accounts are invoiced monthly on terms rather than paid per pull.

Can I rent a dumpster for just one day?

Yes, but there is no lower one-day rate. Every rental includes 5 days at the base price, so a one-day job costs the same as a five-day one. Call when you are done and we will pick it up early. If you need it longer, extra days are $20 each.

Sizes & weight

What is a roll off dumpster?

A roll off dumpster is an open-top steel container that our truck rolls off its bed onto your driveway or job site. You fill it at your own pace, and when you are done we roll it back onto the truck and haul it to the dump. We carry a 10 yard lowboy for heavy material like dirt and concrete, plus 20 yard and 40 yard bins for mixed debris.

How much weight is included?

The 10 yard lowboy includes 10 tons for dirt, concrete, brick, and rock and holds up to 10 tons. Keep the load level with the top rail and within that capacity. The 20 yard includes 3 tons and the 40 yard includes 4 tons, with $85 per ton over those allowances after weigh-in.

Which size do I actually need?

Choose the 10 yard lowboy for dirt, concrete, brick, and rock: $700 with 10 tons included, maximum capacity 10 tons. Choose the 20 yard for smaller mixed-debris projects: $650 with 3 tons included. Choose the 40 yard for larger mixed-debris projects: $700 with 4 tons included. Ask the office about material suitability and placement before loading.

What happens if I go over on weight?

Do not exceed the 10 yard lowboy’s 10-ton capacity. Contact the office about a swap or another bin if your heavy-material load may exceed 10 tons. On the 20 yard, weight above 3 tons is $85 per ton; on the 40 yard, weight above 4 tons is $85 per ton. Charges are based on the scale ticket, and safe loading limits still apply.

How much room do you need to deliver?

Roughly 60 feet of straight clearance in front of where the bin lands so the truck can back in and roll it off, and about 23 feet overhead for branches, wires and eaves. A 20 yard needs meaningfully less room than a 40.

If your access is tight, call and describe it. We would much rather have that conversation before dispatch than send a truck that cannot get in.

Will the dumpster damage my driveway?

A loaded roll-off is heavy and can mark or crack older or thin concrete and asphalt. If you are concerned, lay plywood where the rails and wheels will sit and tell the driver before he backs in — he will place it on the boards.

How much does a 20 yard dumpster hold?

A 20 yard holds about 20 cubic yards of debris, roughly 6 to 8 pickup-truck loads, and measures 20 feet long, 8 feet wide and 4 feet tall. That suits a kitchen or bathroom remodel, a garage cleanout, or a small roofing job. The 40 yard holds about twice as much, roughly 12 to 16 pickup loads, and measures 22 feet long, 8 feet wide and 6 feet tall. Weight still matters: the 20 yard includes 3 tons and the 40 yard includes 4 tons.

Do you rent a 30 yard dumpster?

No. We carry 10 yard lowboy, 20 yard, and 40 yard bins. Most jobs that would use a 30 yard fit in our 40 yard, which is $700 with 4 tons included and costs only $50 more than the 20 yard. Call the office and we will help you pick the right size.

Delivery & scheduling

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to these 21 cities across Riverside County, San Bernardino County and east Orange County.

Service communities: Riverside, Corona, Norco, Eastvale, Jurupa Valley, Moreno Valley, Perris, Menifee, Lake Elsinore, Wildomar, Canyon Lake, Murrieta, Temecula, Ontario, Chino, Rancho Cucamonga, Upland, Fontana, Colton, Anaheim and Yorba Linda.

See the city list or enter your complete address in the booking calculator. The base price includes 20 one-way driving miles; additional mileage is $10 per mile. A city name does not guarantee an included-delivery price.

Can I get same-day delivery?

Often, if you call early and you are inside the core service area. Our office runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Call (951) 545-0206 and the dispatcher will tell you honestly whether a truck can reach you today — we would rather say no than promise a window and miss it.

Do I need to be home for delivery or pickup?

No, as long as we know exactly where the bin goes and the spot is clear when the driver arrives. Mark it with cones or chalk, or send the dispatcher a photo. Keep vehicles off the placement area — a car in the way is the most common reason a delivery gets rescheduled.

Do I need a permit?

Not if the container sits on your own property, including your driveway. If it has to go in the street or on a public right of way, most cities in Riverside and San Bernardino County require an encroachment permit, which you obtain from your own city — we cannot pull it on your behalf. Mention it when you book and we will help you work out whether you need one.

What goes in

What can I put in a dumpster?

Most cleanout, remodel, and construction debris goes in, including furniture, drywall, wood and lumber, flooring, cabinets, roofing shingles, yard waste, and general household junk. Heavy material like dirt, concrete, brick, and rock goes in the 10 yard lowboy only. See “What is not allowed” below for banned items, and call the office if you are unsure about something.

What is not allowed in the dumpster?

California landfills reject these, and if our truck gets turned away it becomes an expensive problem for both of us:

  • Paint, solvents and liquids
  • Motor oil and automotive fluids
  • Batteries
  • Asbestos
  • Propane tanks
  • Refrigerators and A/C units with refrigerant
  • Tires
  • Medical or biohazardous waste
  • Fluorescent tubes and CFLs
  • Pesticides and pool chemicals
  • Mattresses and box springs
  • Appliances
  • Electronics
Can I put concrete or dirt in a dumpster?

Yes. Choose the 10 yard lowboy for dirt, concrete, brick, and rock. Its $700 base price includes 10 tons and its maximum capacity is 10 tons. Keep other materials separate and contact the office if you need another bin or a swap.

Can I fill it above the top rail?

No. The load has to be level with the top rail so it can be tarped legally for the highway. Anything above the rail has to come off before the driver can leave, which wastes his time and yours. If you are close to full, call for a swap rather than stacking it higher.

Commercial accounts

Do you offer recurring or scheduled service?

Yes. Scheduled swap service for warehouses, 3PL and fulfilment operations, manufacturers, general contractors and property managers across the Inland Empire, with consolidated monthly invoicing and job-number or property-code billing. Details on the commercial page.

Recurring accounts are quoted on volume and cadence rather than the published flat rate, and at real frequency the per-pull cost comes out lower.

Can you work on public-works or prevailing-wage projects?

Yes. We handle debris hauling and roll-off service on public-agency projects for cities, school and community-college districts, and the general contractors bidding them. We can supply insurance certificates, a W-9 and the documentation your compliance package requires. Send the bid documents and haul-off scope and we will return a line-item quote.

Can you move a bin between my job sites?

Yes, on a commercial account. Relocations between your own sites are part of how these accounts are meant to work — as one phase closes and another opens, the bin moves rather than getting hauled empty back to our yard and redelivered.
